NEPARF is a human pup community based in Northeast Pennsylvania located in Scranton. Founded by Sub Woofer and Pup Deke (fbgearlover) in 2024. Our goal is to create a safe community space where ALL pups, pets, handlers, furs, and admirers can talk, hangout, and mosh with us. We welcome novices to experienced players in our group.
