NEPARF is a human pup community based in Northeast Pennsylvania located in Scranton. Founded by Sub Woofer and Pup Deke (fbgearlover) in 2024. Our goal is to create a safe community space where pups, handlers, or pup admirers can talk, hangout, and mosh with us. We welcome novices to experienced pup players in our group.
